You would have to negotiate with Brian Tracy. The rights may already be held by another company. This probably isn't the answer you are looking for, but that is a very successful audio program and they're not just going to give away the rights. In fact, Brian Tracy is fully capable of marketing the program himself in Africa or through Nightengale-Conant. Good luck!
